With a communicative personality and deeply dedicated to his art, Daniel Schlaipfer offers AdLib's demanding customers the knowledge gained with some of the most creative culinary exponents.
With 14 years of career, Daniel Schlaipfer started his career in Germany, country of origin, and then passed by restaurants of the Canary Islands (Spain) and St. Moritz (Switzerland), before heading to Portugal, where he resides since 2003.
Graduated in Professional Cookery by IHK Munich of Germany, attended courses of gourmet desserts, sugar sculptures and modelling of figures in the margarine.
In AdLib, he presents French cuisine combined with the Portuguese cuisine and signature dishes that came to enrich the menu of the refined restaurant at Avenida da Liberdade.
Paulo Torres is the AdLib Pastry Chef
since January 2013.
Gifted with a taste for detail, it has instilled its creativity and personal character in the exquisite combination of French and Portuguese confectionery that characterizes the gastronomic concept of AdLib.
Throughout his professional career, Paulo Torres went through several renowned hotel units and the Belcanto restaurant.
