The Rituals

Combining the flavors of the french cuisine and the richness in traditional portuguese gastronomy ,privileging each region with their best products, we carefully make a selection to please our customers.It is in that spirit that our Restaurant Adlib represents a philosophy on those rituals .

Bread rituals: Before each dish,we will bring to the table ,a variety of breads with different flavors: french baguette,  a typical bread from Northern of Portugal,broa de milho.
Wine rituals: We have a wine list with more than 70 references of the best french and portuguese wines, the sommelier will be glad to propose a glass of wine for each course if requested.
Cheese rituals: We propose to our customers  a cheese cart with cheese selections ,a variety of unique savours which allows you to discover and appreciate ,the pure pleasure in that domaine.
Pastry rituals: After your main course , we bring to your table a selection of true traditional french and portuguese pastries on a tray.
