Known for its exquisite combination between Portuguese and French cuisine, AdLib Restaurant extends this perfect union to its sweets and pastries.

Heir to the Portuguese and French secrets, the AdLib’s sweets and pastries are on their way to become legendary. From France, the tasty Fondant (warm chocolate cake, with pistachio) joins the Bolo de Bolacha (Cookie Cake) with a caipirinha ice cream, in a wonderful mix.  In the pastries, the influence of croissants and pains au chocolat (little chocolate breads) is unequivocally felt and the eggs, milk and chocolate take the leading role.

Recipes that were born in the tradition of the French and Portuguese convent desserts and that are influenced by the centuries-old secrets of the ancient kitchens of monasteries. AdLib pastries and sweets is a dip in the history and tradition, with a 21st century modern twist.
