Béatrice Dupasquier, responsible for the refined pastries, which makes a mouth water with her desserts, yielding to temptation. To name a few: crunchy filo dough,vanilla custard and caramel sauce or Chocolat fondant with pomegranate sorbet. Her passion for sweets continues, after 11 years of experiences, started in London restaurant The Square (two stars Michelin) and Le Coq D’Argent, as a pastry chef, and then, already in the group Accor, Sofitel Melbourne (Austrália) and Sofitel Rio de Janeiro (Brasil), as the pastry chef. |
