Responsible for the AdLib kitchen since the beginning of 2008, Isabelle Alexandre, is french, with more than 20 years of international experiences, between United States and Europe, has worked in restaurants like “Le Grand Ecuyer”, Yves Thuriés, “Citronelle”, Michel Richard, Georges Blanc among them. For Isabelle Alexandre, the visual and the flavors on each plate are the keys to her creations, Isabelle Alexandre transmit all the sensibility of a woman. She is looking after the customers liking, through her signature dishes, where she brings excellency at the table, to mention a few: Shrimps porcupine «Mi», tartar sauce or Veal sweet breads medallions and sautéed foie gras. |
